Here at Heavenly Handmade our customers are our number one priority and we will always go that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Whilst we hope that our products arrive to you in perfect condition we realise that on rare occasions this may not happen.

Damaged items - If your order arrives to you in an unsatisfactory condition please contact us immediately.,  with photographic evidence. We will issue a full refund / exchange within 7 working days on receipt of this

We try to keep Heavenly handmade as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that any particular product will always be available. If ( which we would hope would never happen) we can’t supply a product you will not be charged for it and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us.• All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you the money you have paid for it.

Further Delivery Information

Some factors beyond our control could delay deliveries and make the above information inaccurate. For example, adverse weather, delivery company strikes, public holidays etc. Any such factor beyond our control will exempt us from liability and no refund on delivery will be given in such instances.
